The Baltimore Development Corp. is seeking developers to renovate the city-owned Hollins and Broadway markets. The BDC, along with Baltimore Public Markets Corp., issued a request for proposals Friday morning for the two properties. The U.S. Postal Service’s South Baltimore sorting facility is being fined $342,059 by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration after employees at the facility were exposed to biomedical hazards in packages.
