Beatty Development Group has offered a closer look at the inside of its 17-story Harbor Point apartment tower. Known as 1405 Point, the 282,000-square-foot building broke ground earlier this year. Several stories of the building are already completed. The new renderings show off five main areas of the building, including an outdoor pool on the 11th floor, a model unit, game room and the first-floor lobby. Developers on Thursday offered the first peek at the new Hammerjacks, a reincarnation of Baltimore’s iconic rock club, and announced a delay in the opening date and expanded plans for retail and a beer garden. The long-awaited R. House food and drink hall is set to open Dec. 8, bringing with it a slate of local chefs and restaurateurs in a marketplace setting. The $13 million food hall is part of Seawall Development’s Remington Row project and will occupy 50,000 square feet in the former Anderson Automotive showroom and garage. The Baltimore Orioles are freezing season-ticket prices for the 2017 season, according to a team source. The Orioles will send out invoices to season plan holders next week, roughly two months earlier then in previous years. The freeze on season tickets comes after the Orioles raised prices by an average of 20 percent in 2016. The average ticket price for plan holders last year was about $30.
