Developers have unveiled plans to transform a block on downtown’s west side into a 12-story mixed-use apartment complex. Focus Development LLC, led by Shaffin Jetha, is planning to build 230 apartments at 418 W. Fayette St. with 120 parking spaces and 12,000 square feet of retail on the first floor. Under Armour Inc. on Monday officially announced a 10-year uniform deal with Major League Baseball, a pact that will put the Baltimore sportswear maker’s logo on jerseys starting in 2020. Curio Wellness, a medical marijuana grower and processor, plans to set up its operations in Lutherville-Timonium next year after it goes through the necessary state approval process. Michael Bronfein, the company’s CEO, confirmed his company is buying a 56,000-square-foot warehouse at 5 W. Aylesbury Road in Lutherville-Timonium for an undisclosed price.
