The Waterfront Partnership of Baltimore Inc. is now at 80 percent of its fundraising goal toward building a new trash-collecting water wheel in Canton after a $200,000 donation from the Maryland Port Administration. The organization’s Healthy Harbor Initiative has set a goal of raising $550,000 to construct the wheel at the outfall of Harris Creek near Boston Street Pier Park.
