Ryan Homes has taken over a plan to build 19 townhomes near the former Florence Crittenton Home in Hampden are moving forward. The Reston, Va., homebuilder expects to start construction on the homes within the next two months. Ryan Homes acquired the 2.5 acres of land at 3110 Crittenton Place in January. Under the deal, Rosedale Federal will gain approximately $168 million in assets, bringing its total assets to just shy of $1 billion.
