Charleston chef Cindy Wolf is once again a semifinalist for the prestigious James Beard Award for her work at the upscale Harbor East restaurant. The James Beard Foundation, which annually recognizes the best chefs and restaurants in the country, announced Wednesday the semifinalists in 21 categories.
