Fans of Rye’s classic and modern cocktails in Fells Point won’t have to wait much longer to visit the bar once again as the craft cocktail establishment is set to reopen to the public in a new location starting Sept. 12. Rye, owned by Baltimore entrepreneur Ryan Perlberg, announced in the spring it would close at its previous location at 807 S.
