The changes continue for the Foreman Wolf restaurant group as Johnny’s Restaurant in Roland Park will have a new chef in charge. Foreman Wolf announced Tuesday that Ryan Shaffner has been named the new executive chef of Johnny’s, located at 4800 Roland Ave. Shaffner has most recently served as the sous chef of Johnny’s and Pazo and began his career as a line cook three years ago at Charleston, Foreman Wolf’s fine-dining restaurant.
