A 128-room SpringHill Suites by Marriott hotel is set to break ground at Greenleigh at Crossroads in White Marsh. Tom Pilon, senior vice president for development at St. John Properties Inc. said last week the project had completed its permitting phase and was ready to begin this month. Leasing is also underway at the development and includes a grocery store and other retail. Bethesda-based health technology company RightEye LLC has acquired exclusive rights to tests it says could help doctors diagnose autism and Parkinson’s disease earlier and more accurately than ever before. The company, which specializes in using eye-tracking and gaming technology for diagnostic health tests, expects to make the two tests available to health providers in early 2017 through the RightEye platform launched earlier this year. Teach For America - Baltimore has received the largest gift in its 24-year history, a pledge from local philanthropists Robert E. Meyerhoff and Rheda Becker. The amount of the gift was not disclosed.
