A national e-commerce distribution company has signed a lease for close to 600,000 square feet of warehouse space in Aberdeen with a promise of several hundred new jobs. XPO Logistics recently inked the lease for 571,000 square feet lease of space, an entire building at the Perryman Logistics Center.
