A national e-commerce distribution company has signed a lease for close to 600,000 square feet of warehouse space in Aberdeen with a promise of several hundred new jobs. XPO Logistics recently inked the lease for 571,000 square feet lease of space, an entire building at the Perryman Logistics Center. The center is located at 610 Chelsea Road on close to 50 acres of industrial development in Harford County near Route 159. XPO is based in Greenwich, Conn. and has a customer base of 55,000.
