Elkridge-based CyberCore Technologies has hired Christina Kuhn, an executive at a Frederick cybersecurity company, as its new president and CEO. Kuhn joined CyberCore Wednesday. CyberCore is one of the largest software developers in the Baltimore area. The company reported local software revenue of $105.8 million and a total revenue of $189 million in 2015. A Delaware steel fabricator plans to open a 100,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Caroline County, with plans to create 126 new jobs over the next two years. Crystal Steel Fabricators recently acquired the former ES Steel building in the Franks Adams Industrial Park in Federalsburg. The location will be the first in Maryland for the family-owned business, which also has facilities in Pennsylvania, Tennessee and the Philippines.
