A Delaware steel fabricator plans to open a 100,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Caroline County, with plans to create 126 new jobs over the next two years. Crystal Steel Fabricators recently acquired the former ES Steel building in the Franks Adams Industrial Park in Federalsburg. The location will be the first in Maryland for the family-owned business, which also has facilities in Pennsylvania, Tennessee and the Philippines.
