A state-of-the-art teaching hospital led by the University of Maryland Medical System will be built at Largo Town Center after state regulators approved the long-awaited project on Thursday. Cosi Inc. says its two locations in Greater Baltimore will remain open amid the fast-casual chain’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection proceedings. Alexandra Dunk, director of marketing with Boston-based Cosi, said in an email the restaurant’s locations at 100 S.
