Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake said she would like to see the safety of public buses be re-examined after a deadly crash Tuesday in southwest Baltimore. Six people were killed early Tuesday morning when a school bus collided with a Maryland Transit Administration commuter bus. An additional 10 people had to be transported to the hospital with injuries ranging from minor to critical. Both bus drivers were among those killed. The Armstrong Institute Center for Diagnostic Excellence was created through a $5 million gift from C.
