At Under Armour’s new Boston store, a “What’s the Record” booth allows patrons to compare their jumping abilities with athletic greats using digital technology — and a trampoline. A giant bust of a male torso with rippling pectoral and abdominal muscles shows off a tight New England Patriots t-shirt. And numerous well-lit action shots of Patriots quarterback Tom Brady — a company endorser — shine down upon shoppers. Stalking Horse has long been a popular bar stop on busy weekends in Federal Hill, but the team behind the three-story establishment is hoping a renovation to the main floor will bring in a different crowd — diners. Chris Reda, who’s wife Jennifer Reda operates Stalking Horse with partner William McFaul, said the first floor will now be called Whiskey Hill with a bigger focus on the menu and sit-down eating rather than pub food.
