W.R. Grace & Co. beat Wall Street estimates in the fourth quarter with an 11 percent increase in profit driven by higher sales in its catalyst business. The Columbia-based chemical and materials manufacturer reported a $12.8 million profit, or 18 cents per share. After adjusting for an accounting method related to its pension plan, Grace reported net income of $118.9 million, or 95 cents per share. The Maryland Transit Administration and the Maryland Stadium Authority will partner on a $7.2 million overhaul of the MARC train station outside Oriole Park at Camden Yards.
