After months of contentious debate, the Baltimore City Council is set to vote Monday night on a bill to raise the minimum wage to $15 per hour by 2022. The bill would incrementally raise the minimum each fiscal year until $15 is reached in July 2022. It would then index the wage to keep pace with cost of living increases each year.
