Wells Fargo & Co.’s scandal could mean opportunities — including defecting employees — for Greater Baltimore’s other banks. Baltimore’s fourth-largest bank has been reeling as a result of accusations it opened as many as 1.5 million deposit accounts and 565,000 credit cards without customers’ permission to meet sales goals.
