Weis Markets is expanding again — this time to Fullerton Plaza in Parkville. The grocery chain that is based in Sunbury, Pa., will soon take over a former Kmart in the shopping center owned by Kimco just north of Interstate 695 on Belair Road. It will be the 12th location for the chain in Baltimore County.
