Warehouse sells in Glen Burnie for $17.5M

A 200,000-square-foot warehouse in Glen Burnie leased by W.R. Grace & Co. has sold to an investment group for $17.5 million. The Class A space located in the Marley Neck Industrial Park at 6610 Cabot Dr. was purchased by Industrial Property Trust. The seller was Highbrook Investment Management LLC, based in New York. Jonathan Carpenter, Nicole Keelty and Graham Savage of Cushman & Wakefield Baltlimore brokered the deal. W.R. Grace signed a lease for 153,452 square feet of space in 2014. “The…
