An eyeglass retailer that is giving the industry stiff competition by selling discounted fashionable frames has set up shop in Baltimore’s Harbor East neighborhood. Warby Parker quietly opened its store on Wednesday at 807 Aliceanna St. It’s holding a grand opening at the space on April 30. The 1,000-square-foot store occupies a portion of the former City Sports space. Brooks Brothers occupies the remaining 5,500 square feet.
