Visit Baltimore, the city’s tourism and convention agency, has named Al Hutchinson as the new president and CEO following the departure of former CEO Tom Noonan in May. Hutchinson, 57, most recently served as president and CEO of Visit Mobile in Alabama and will take over the position in Baltimore on Nov. 14.
