A Venezuelan chef with a background that has taken him all over the world, including a stop at a Baltimore restaurant, is joining the growing culinary scene at R. House this fall. Federico Tischler, who most recently served as co-executive chef at the Alma Cocina Latina restaurant in Canton, is bringing White Envelope to the Remington Row food and drink hall.
