Under Armour Inc. has paid $70.3 million for a swath of land in Port Covington where it plans to build its future 50-acre campus, state records show. The land, acquired by Under Armour CEO Kevin Plank’s private development firm in 2014, is the former home of a Walmart and Sam’s Club. Plank’s Sagamore Development paid $35 million for the waterfront property.
