Under Armour Inc. and Adidas AG have reached an out-of-court settlement over the use of digital fitness patents. Terms of the settlement were confidential but Adidas, the German sports apparel corporation, said Thursday it includes payment from Baltimore-based Under Armour (NYSE: UA) for the use of some of its patents.
