East Baltimore Development Inc. was awarded a $250,000 loan from the state last week to build a pizza parlor on the ground floor of an apartment building. Two Boots, a funky New York-based pizza parlor that has a restaurant at 1203 W. Mount Royal Ave. in Midtown, will open a branch in the EBDI area in the near future.
