Terreno Realty Corp. closed Tuesday on its $8.2 million acquisition of a property in Hanover. The property at 7479 New Ridge Road is about 13.4 acres — 8.7 of which are paved — and sits near Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport.
