A four-building, low-rise warehouse complex in Columbia has sold to new investors for $19.6 million. The Stonewood Business Center, that spreads out across 150,000 square feet, was recently sold by an affiliate of the Stanford Cos. to J2J LLC, officials said Thursday. Two of the buildings in the complex were built between 1983 and 1985. Two other buildings were added in 2009 — the same year the original buildings were renovated.
