Sofi’s Crepes has reopened in Fells Point under new ownership. The small eatery with crepe menu items with sweet and savory fillings like cinnamon sugar and “The Godfather” with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, salami, spinach and roasted red peppers reopened Saturday morning.
