Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc. unveiled on Friday another round of executive changes, a week after announcing longtime CEO David Smith will step down and become executive chairman. Among those changes, COO David Amy will become vice chairman on Jan. 1. Steven Marks, currently a co-chief operating officer of Sinclair Television Group will move into the COO role and assume direct oversight for all TV station operations.
