Owings Mills-based accounting and consulting firm Rosen, Sapperstein & Friedlander LLC has acquired SHR Associates Inc. of Annapolis, building out its health care line. RS&F sees the move as adding consulting capabilities in health care revenue enhancement, practice growth, operations, partnerships and risk reduction.
