Rosedale Federal Savings & Loan Association said Thursday Kevin Benson will take over as president and CEO of the institution on July 1. Benson will assume his new role following the retirement of Thomas S. Wintz Sr., who has been with the Perry Hall-based bank for 43 years. Benson has been the bank’s chief lending officer since 2010. J. Edward Grant, formerly of BB&T, will assume the chief lending officer position. Benson becomes the ninth president in the history of 108-year-old Rosedale Federal.…
