Rosedale Federal Savings and Loan Association announced Wednesday it will to expand its reach into Towson by acquiring Midstate Community Bank. Under the deal, Rosedale Federal will gain approximately $168 million in assets, bringing its total assets to just shy of $1 billion. Rosedale ranked No. 13 in the Baltimore area with $614.2 million in deposits as of June. The bank reported $826 million in assets in a filing with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.
