Baltimore engineering firm RK&K will consolidate three of its Baltimore offices next year and move into the Candler Building near the Inner Harbor. The move will start in motion a game of musical office space in the central business district and beyond as energy giant Exelon kicks off the shuffle by shifting 1,500 employees to a 20-story tower at Harbor Point later this year.
