As if the city wasn’t already busy enough with Fleet Week, hundreds more were brought to downtown Saturday morning for the 16th annual Baltimore Running Festival. Dozens of runners lined up at starting points around the city for various events, while their supporters lined the streets to cheer them on. Lt. Patrick Hearn, a Naval officer, won the men’s marathon with a time of 2 hours, 26 minutes and 19 seconds. Hearn is a Sykesville Native and went to Glenelg High School. Caitlyn Tateishi, who…
