Walking into the Baltimore Convention Center Friday morning, Ricky Douglas carried a bow in his right hand and had arrows draped over his shoulder. Douglas was no threat to anyone, despite the mask that covered his face. He came dressed as DC Comics character Green Arrow to celebrate the beginning of the Otakon convention in its final year in Baltimore. Otakon has brought nearly 30,000 people to Baltimore each year since 1999 to celebrate Japanese and Asian anime, comics, movies, fashion and more.…
