The long-anticipated redevelopment of Penn Station will begin anew next week. After a four-year agreement between Amtrak and Beatty Development Group to redevelop the 105-year-old Beaux Arts landmark and surrounding land in midtown fell apart earlier this year, the effort will be topic of an “industry day” forum on Aug. 10.
