Ober Kaler is officially no more after completing its merger with Memphis-based Baker Donelson. The deal was originally announced in late October and the combined firm maintains the Baker Donelson name. Formerly Baltimore’s fourth-largest firm with 110 attorneys and more than 100 staff members, Ober Kaler’s merger with Baker Donelson makes the combined firm one of the 50 largest in the U.S. with more than 800 attorneys and advisers.
