Tacos and margaritas are coming to Hunt Valley Towne Centre early next year. Echo Frezco will open a 5,019-square-foot Mexican restaurant in spring 2017, developer Greenberg Gibbons said Thursday. The menu includes classic Mexican dishes such as tacos, fajitas, quesadillas and burritos. The restaurant will also feature a full bar serving margaritas, beer and wine.
