A city councilman chairing a public hearing July 27 to discuss a record $660 million tax increment financing request by Sagamore Development Co. has changed the location to a larger space. Councilman Carl Stokes, who represents the 12th District and is chair of the Taxation, Finance and Economic Development Committee of the City Council, has moved the hearing to the War Memorial Building from the City Council chambers.
