Morgan Stanley is expanding its presence in Baltimore with a new Pratt Street office and plans to create 800 jobs over the next four years, a display of continued interest along the prime downtown stretch. The New York investment giant has taken 57,000 square feet of space in the Bank of America building at 100 S.
