Mitch Halbrich, a longtime local staffing executive and Baltimore Business Journal columnist, died Nov. 4 after a battle with lung cancer. He was 61. Halbrich had been working in Baltimore-area recruiting for over 30 years, most recently as a senior director at Randstad Professionals.
