Putt-putt golf is coming to Station North. A $35,000 National Endowment for the Arts grant was awarded Thursday to Station North Arts & Entertainment Inc. and the Maryland Institute College of Art to design a new mini-golf program that will be installed next spring in midtown near Penn Station.
