Alan D. Wilson will step down as chairman of McCormick & Co. Inc., effective Jan. 31, handing over the position to CEO Lawrence Kurzius. Wilson had previously been chairman and CEO, before stepping down as CEO in February. Wilson’s departure is consistent with McCormick’s secession plans, the Sparks spice maker said.
