The owner of the Mall at Prince Georges in Hyattsville is planning a $25 million overhaul and a range of new retail, restaurant and entertainment tenants. Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT) will start with a 20,000-square-foot H&M store, which aims to open in the fall of 2016, according to PREIT CEO Joe Coradino.
