Express Drive, Lyft’s rental car program, launched in Baltimore on Friday. The program, which allows Lyft drivers to rent ready-to-drive cars in select cities, is part of a partnership with General Motors. Drivers can rent a GM car – for different rates depending on city and vehicle – and use it as they would their own, to pick up and drop off Lyft riders in the area.
