Local auto repairman Jerry Greeff is retiring and donating his garage to Maryland nonprofit organization Vehicles for Change, for use in training ex-offenders for jobs as mechanics. The One Stop Auto Repair shop, at 3417 Greenmount Ave., has been in business for 40 years. It is a $2.5 million business and has operated in Baltimore’s Waverly neighborhood since 1991.
