The thing that wasn’t going to happen did happen Thursday for the head of Greater Washington’s largest office moving company. The Kane Co. and several of its affiliates, including Office Movers, filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy liquidation two weeks after CEO John Kane told the Washington Business Journal, “It’s not a bankruptcy,” and that he was “a job creator, not a terminator.” Kane filed for Chapter 7 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Baltimore along with affiliates Circle K-1 Realty Inc., Kane…
