Johns Hopkins fell one spot to No. 4 on U.S. News & World Report’s annual list of the country’s top hospitals, the lowest spot the Baltimore hospital has ever landed on the list. The Mayo Clinic in Minnesota ranked first on the list, followed by the Cleveland Clinic and Massachusetts General Hospital.
